About Me

This will be my 13th year teaching at Bruce.  My mission is to continue to show the younger generation how important it is to be physically active and to take part in every day physical activity opportunities.
How I got Here:
I graduated from Bruce HS in 1994. After graduating high school I attended UW Stout majoring in Early Childhood Education. I was a two sport athlete and throughout my 4 years at Stout earned some great honors. I left Stout after my fourth year and entered the workforce working at Weathershield Manufacturing in Ladysmith, WI. I worked there 2 years before I decided to finish my degree in Physical Education. I attended UW LaCrosse in the fall of 2001 where I also was an assistant football coach. During the three years at UW LaCrosse I also coached track at Winona State University. I graduated from UW LaCrosse in the Spring of 2004 and got hired at Bruce in the Fall of 2004. In the Fall of 2009 I was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at UW Stout. In the summer of 2010 I earned my Masters Degree from the University of St. Mary's. I have a wife, Jennifer, and three sons, Kyle, Mitchell, and Andrew.
